Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies. Education & Experience: You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred *Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCM Certifications/ Licensure: Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law. American Heart Association BLS required. American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire. Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire.
