- Travel to residential customers throughout St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri
- Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and more
- Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and identify the cause of equipment failures
- Replace defective components and complete repairs according to manufacturer recommendations
- Explain repair recommendations, costs, and maintenance tips to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Complete service documentation accurately and maintain vehicle stock and parts inventory
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable local regulations
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service during every appointment
- At least 2 years of residential appliance repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for major household appliances
- Experience using common hand tools, testing equipment, and service software
- Knowledge of safe repair practices and industry standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
