Entry-Level BookkeeperEagle Metalcraft is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Entry-Level Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities include:Processing accounts payable, including matching invoices to purchase orders and preparing payments.Generating customer invoices and assisting with accounts receivable collections.Recording daily financial transactions accurately and timely.Reconciling bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.Maintaining organized financial records and supporting documentation.Processing employee expense reports.Assisting with payroll preparation and timekeeping records as needed.Preparing basic financial reports and spreadsheets.Communicating professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments.Supporting audits by gathering requested documentation.Performing general administrative and accounting duties.Tasks as assigned.This is not a remote position.Min Compensation: USD $25.00/Hr.Max Compensation: USD $30.00/Hr.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.Strong mathematical and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred:Experience with JobBoss ERP system.Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Comfortable learning new software systems.Professional and positive attitude.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.High level of integrity and discretion with financial information.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany Profile:Founded in 1953 as the Eagle Manufacturing Company, we began primarily as a welding shop.
