What We’re Looking For:

• Valid MA Occupational Therapy License
• Experience providing therapy services to pediatric populations, particularly in school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, staff, and families
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a 20-hour onsite per week schedule

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to preschool and elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for program planning and student support strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school and district guidelines
