Job Details We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee and execute large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate all aspects of jobsite activity, including subcontractors, materials, inspections, and permitting. Enforce and champion health and safety best practices. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and internal leadership. Mentor and develop junior field staff. Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and tools. Ability to travel as required and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Interested in hearing more?
