Job Summary Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $50,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

- Prospect and generate new commercial business opportunities, primarily within the farm and agricultural sectors.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits to farms and ag-related businesses.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within new accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, ranchers, agribusiness owners, and agricultural lenders.
- Perform risk assessments and gather underwriting information for quotes.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals for farm and agricultural exposures, including property, liability, equipment, and crop coverage.
- Negotiate coverage terms and close new business deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals.
- Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial insurance production.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software is preferred.
