This program brings subject-matter experts together to enhance the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) across specialized domains such as Molecular & Cellular Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, Plant & Fungal Biology, Invertebrate & Insect Biology, and Ecological & Environmental Biology . The MOVE program runs year-round, though project availability will vary by domain. Program Overview This is a fully remote, asynchronous position - work independently from anywhere, on your own schedule. Learn new skills while contributing to the evolving field of AI across various biological disciplines. Get paid competitively to apply your domain expertise in biology. Project work includes designing and testing advanced biology problems with AI models to ensure they are appropriately challenging. Who Should Apply PhD students, postdocs, or recent PhDs in biology, with research experience in areas including but not limited to Ecology & Environmental Biology. Able to participate in primarily asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs. Confident that your expertise can surpass current AI systems in understanding and explaining key concepts in your field. This program is open to U.S.-based doctoral students, candidates, and recent graduates with valid work or training authorization (e.g., F-1/OPT, J-1, H-1B). Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their visa conditions and confirming eligibility with their visa sponsor prior to applying. Compensation Ranges from $75 - $100/hr depending on the project. Compensation reflects our commitment to rewarding your expertise appropriately.
