Speech Pathologist – Encompass Health We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide speech and language rehabilitation services. This role focuses on assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to help individuals regain speech and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapy. Identify issues and modify treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
