Housekeeping Director
Allaire Rehab & Nursing, a leading provider of hotel-style healthcare in Monmouth County, New Jersey, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Director to join our team. As a Housekeeping Director at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and customer satisfaction in our 174-bed center. With a strong focus on quality care and exceptional hospitality, we are committed to revolutionizing care delivery and providing a welcoming environment for our patients, residents, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and public spaces
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping, reporting findings to management as needed
- Develop and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and growth
