Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Charlotte, NC

Established regional law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate for its Charlotte office. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced partner on a diverse litigation caseload focused primarily on insurance defense and auto-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of litigation experience and a strong interest in handling matters involving automobile accidents, insurance claims, and related defense litigation. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple matters, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and supporting all phases of litigation.

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of litigation experience
• Experience with insurance defense matters
• Familiarity with auto litigation preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
