In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. Job Description We are looking for a Region Wire Center Manager to join our Mayer team in Douglasville, GA! Summary: The Regional Wire Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of more than one wire center within a defined geographic area. This includes daily center activity, logistics, safety, profit and loss (P&L) management, resource management, process adherence, and identifying improvement opportunities. What You'll Do: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple wire center locations within a defined geographic region Partner with wire center managers to develop and manage operational and administrative budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved guidelines Support wire center managers in carrying out their responsibilities and resolving operational issues Develop and recommend short and long-term objectives for the wire center operations and office administration Implement business strategies established by senior leadership and ensure compliance with company and department policies and procedures Review and audit operational reports and transactions, including direct billing edit reports, customer credits, customer invoices, and vendor credit listings, to ensure accuracy and appropriate follow-up Authorize customer credits, assign reason codes, and determine whether returned goods should be added back into inventory Respond to and resolve EDI order-related questions, pricing issues, invoice discrepancies, and other non-routine billing matters Coordinate with buyers as needed to resolve past-due credit issues Oversee facility maintenance activities, including communication with landlords when necessary, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained Purchase and manage office supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels Participate in committees and task forces, contributing ideas and recommendations to improve processes and business performance Organize, oversee, and participate in year-end inventory activities Perform other duties as assigned Job Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
