**Responsibilities

**

• Establishes and maintains the local quality management system in compliance with all Vibracoustic quality standards and customer-specific requirements

• Initiates and implements proactive actions to prevent nonconformities across products, processes, and quality systems

• Represents customer requirements within internal functions to drive improved customer satisfaction

• Leads and develops the local quality team to achieve best-in-class performance

• Serves as the primary customer interface for quality-related claims, managing complaints through structured root cause analysis and resolution

• Coordinates internal and external customer and process audits, ensuring effectiveness of the Quality Management System

• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and structured problem-solving processes to achieve zero defects and eliminate waste

**Qualifications

**

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3-5 years of proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and prepare teams to meet evolving business needs and future demands

• Strong familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems within the automotive industry, with a focus on continuously strengthening product quality

• Collaborative team player with a high level of engagement; effective communication skills in both English and the local language, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers
