Responsibilities for a Scheduling Coordinator at Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to employee scheduling, staffing, and payroll liaison within the Nursing department; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other units and departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries and requests from staff personnel. Providing administrative support to the Nursing department. Able to work independently using established guidelines.
Requirements for a Scheduling Coordinator at Phoebe Allentown:
- High school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum.
- Experience in scheduling, staffing, and/or payroll preferred. Experience with Kronos or electronic scheduling system preferred.
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient typing, word processing. Must be able to multitask in a high paced environment.
