Role Summary:
Senior delivery leader to own end-to-end execution of large enterprise programs, drive strong governance, and embed AI into delivery, platforms, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery ownership (large global programs)
- Strong program governance, risk & financial management
- AI/GenAI adoption in delivery (engineering, testing, operations)
- Operating model transformation (product/platform aligned, POD-based)
- Executive-level client engagement
Screening Guidelines (Must Filter)
- Have managed large programs (800+ FTE / $70M+)
- Demonstrate real AI adoption in delivery (with impact)
- Have led operating model transformation (not just Agile)
- Show strong governance and escalation handling experience
- Have direct CIO/CTO stakeholder engagement
