Licensed Clinical Social Worker

At Katie's Way Plus, we offer innovative treatments like Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS), Exposure Therapy, and the Remote 24 program, all delivered by a team of compassionate physicians who truly care. We are seeking an Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to all of our clients near Anchorage. Duties Provide individual and family therapy sessions to our clients Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective counseling and therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approach Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress Conduct regular evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client care and treatment strategies Requirements Master's degree in Social Work or related field Current Alaska state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Knowledge and experience in providing care for patients with PTSD is highly desired Strong clinical skills in conducting therapy sessions and providing behavioral health services Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Proficient in data collection, assessment, and documentation of client progress Familiarity with medical records systems and electronic health records #J-18808-Ljbffr Katie's Way
