Project Manager

A well-established specialty construction company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of commercial low-voltage and communications infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Manage projects from pre-construction through final closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action plans Coordinate activities between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges, delays, and resource needs Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements Track project budgets, labor utilization, and job costs Review project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Assist with forecasting and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle Ensure scope changes and project impacts are documented appropriately Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers Lead or participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates Ensure timely communication and follow-up on all project-related matters Documentation & Compliance Review contracts, project specifications, and scopes of work Maintain organized project documentation and digital records Support project reporting, closeout documentation, and turnover requirements Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations Qualifications 1+ years of project management, project coordination, or construction management experience Experience within commercial construction, low-voltage systems, telecommunications, electrical contracting, technology infrastructure, or related industries preferred Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and operational coordination Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Experience with project management software and construction documentation systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Main Line Search
