Production Supervisor

Lead production meetings and share project updates with staff

Supervise production employees and manage workflow

Conduct performance reviews and handle discipline if needed

Ensure high-quality products meet customer requirements

Monitor production schedules and resolve delays

Plan and manage materials and inventory

Maintain and repair equipment and tools

Ensure workplace safety and compliance

3-5 years of manufacturing or production experience

Experience supervising staff

Knowledge of fabrication, welding, sheet metal, and structural materials

Ability to read technical drawings and create layouts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to move around the plant and work on a computer
