Your New Role Work as a full-time HVAC Service Technician based in Crawfordsville, IN 47933, serving Crawfordsville and surrounding counties within approximately a 1-hour radius. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment. Inspect equipment, identify system problems, and determine appropriate repair solutions. Clearly explain system findings, repair needs, and service options to homeowners. Complete service calls with a focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and safe use of HVAC diagnostic and refrigeration equipment. 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair experience required; 8-10 years preferred EPA Type II or Universal Certification required Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently while staying connected with the service team Ability to perform the physical duties associated with residential HVAC service and repair Authorization to work in the United States Ability to reliably commute to Crawfordsville, IN 47933 Cook Home Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
