Thelen Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our team! If you’re motivated, great with people, computer savvy, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! $40,000+ EXPECTED ANNUAL INCOME This position offers competitive base pay PLUS performance-based bonus opportunities, no commission structure Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! YOUR ROLE As a Subaru Express Service Advisor , you will be the face of the service department for our Express Service customers. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities include: Greet customers and identify their service needs Write and present repair orders Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and necessary services Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process Coordinate with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services Maintain strong customer relationships Work toward established performance and customer satisfaction goals WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Positive, energetic attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic and desire to succeed Comfortable using computers and technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Automotive knowledge is a plus — we’ll train the right person!
