Latitude is looking for an attorney with at least five years of labor & employment litigation experience for a contract or permanent position at an Am Law 100 firm. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have significant experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters. The position can be either be part-time or full-time depending on what works best for the candidate. The successful candidate must be licensed in California but can be located anywhere un the United States.

Minimum Qualifications of the Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (100% Remote):

• 5+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed in California
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references

Minimum Qualifications of the Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (100% Remote):

• Type of role: Contract or Permanent
• Schedule: Part-time or Full-time
• Location: Completely Remote (must be California licensed)

Compensation

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 to $205,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
