Location: Columbus Circle, New York City (Hybrid: In-Person + Remote) Compensation: $60,000 base + performance bonus (up to 100% of base) + equity + health insurance stipend About Healthcare Shares Healthcare Shares is a healthcare-focused marketing agency and venture platform that works with high-growth digital health startups. We help founders raise capital, design investor-ready messaging, acquire customers, and execute targeted LinkedIn marketing campaigns to accredited investors. Our most promising client companies may also receive direct investment from the Healthcare Shares venture capital fund — giving our team unique exposure to early-stage healthcare innovation, founder strategy, and venture investing. Role Overview We are hiring a Marketing Agency Associate to help manage client relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and support sales efforts for new agency clients. This role sits at the intersection of startup marketing, venture capital exposure, and founder collaboration. You will work closely with CEOs of healthcare startups and partner directly with the CEO of Healthcare Shares — an alumnus of Harvard Business School and London Business School — gaining hands‑on experience in early-stage company building. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in healthcare startups, venture ecosystems, or growth marketing. Ideal for recent college graduate.
