Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group practice with over 650 providers, currently seeking full-time Family Medicine physicians for our 12th Ave. Clinic. We are looking for dedicated professionals who embrace a team-oriented approach to healthcare and are passionate about delivering high-quality primary care with compassion, addressing the needs of the body, mind, and spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more nurse practitioners.
• Conduct house calls as needed.
• Collaborate with a clinic-based pharmacist and social worker.
• Engage in contractual incentives that promote quality care and positive patient outcomes.
• Participate in teaching sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Lead community-based educational programs for patients and their families.
• Interact daily with a team of like-minded healthcare professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Board certified, or eligible for certification within three years of employment.
• Possess a valid Idaho medical license to practice in all aspects of medicine.
• Hold a valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.

Working Conditions

The position entails a traditional clinic workweek, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 34 hours dedicated to scheduled patient contact.
