Transportation Driver

Part-Time CDL DriverGivens Aldersgate is looking for a Part-Time CDL Driver to provide transportation to the residents of Givens Aldersgate in accordance with the Department of Transportation regulations for Commercial Drivers and Givens Aldersgate policies and procedures. Schedule/ Availability: Mornings, evenings, & weekendsWhat you'll do:Provides transportation for Aldersgate residents cross-campus and off campus in accordance with facility policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.Exhibits a working knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to a commercial driver's license.Relays situations/problems concerning the residents, vehicles, other persons, etc. to appropriate staff, providing supportive documentation as appropriate.Perform pre-trip inspection prior to each trip and submit reports on a timely basis.Provides an atmosphere on the vehicles that is environmentally and emotionally pleasant for the riders.Accurately keeps co-workers and supervisor well informed on a timely basis, communicating through proper channels.Maintains confidentiality of communication and information related to residents, co-workers, etc.What you'll need:High School or Equivalent1+ years of transportation experienceCDLCompensation: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on experience.
