2nd Shift Production SupervisorOur Reading area client is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team! This is a long term opportunity with a local client adding to their core team!Pay: 58k/yr + increase upon being hired onBenefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!Shift: 2nd shift M-FR (3PM-11:30PM)Location: Reading, PAResponsibilities of the Production Supervisor:Lead and supervise production team on 3rd shiftEnsure compliance with all safety and PPE guidelinesTrain and support process technicians, operators, and packersFill in for production positions when neededConduct daily audits and verify machine paperwork accuracySupport continuous improvement and operational efficiencyPerform other duties as assignedQualifications of the Production Supervisor:5+ years of supervisory or management experience required2–3 years of experience in plastics or manufacturing preferredStrong communication skills; bilingual a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbsCandidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
