About the Role The Kitchen Manager will play a key role in supporting the healthy development of our students through providing daily lunches to the student body. What You Will Do Plan monthly menus in accordance with state and federal guidelines Plan, cook, and serve daily lunch to students and staff Keep all records required for state and federal agencies in regards to school lunch Place and receive all orders of food and milk Maintain an orderly and clean kitchen and accompanying area Facilitate maintenance and repair of all kitchen equipment What You Need To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Food Handlers certification Top Candidates Will Also Have Experience with ordering food for school menus Knowledge of federal and state requirements for school lunches What You Will Get Our goal at St Malachy Rantoul is for you to have a rewarding career.
