Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in a Level 2 Trauma Center. This role offers a great opportunity for a pharmacist looking to work in a dynamic acute care setting with diverse patient populations, including NICU, Pediatrics, Oncology, and Geriatrics.

Shift Details

• Shift: Days/Evenings, varied starts (5:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 10:00 AM), 10-hour shifts, EOW
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/08/2026

Unit Information

• Unit Type: Pharmacy
• Care Setting: Acute (Level 2 Trauma Center)
• Division: Allied Health
• Bed Count: 267 inpatient + 100 outpatient
• Tech-to-Pharmacist Ratio: 2:1 (per CA law)
• Charting System: Cerner with Omnicell dispensing cabinets
• Pharmacy Coverage: 24/7
• Floating: Not required
• Hospitalist/Intensivist: On-site
