We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Cincinnati, OH facility. In these roles, you will perform preventative, corrective, and requested electrical work for all manufacturing departments in a timely manner. We believe in investing in our employees - you will have the opportunity to earn a first-year bonus that could be over $3000!Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Repair electrical: you will repair and maintain all electrical work for day or night shift back to its proper working condition in a timely fashion. You will make recommendations on electrical improvements and determine parts and equipment needed to complete the job.Follow instructions: you will follow all safety regulations, clean-up after each job and be on-call for after hour maintenance repairs as needed.Ensure compliance: you will ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and will maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards.
