GS-11 Experience using spreadsheet and database tools to analyze financial or portfolio data; Experience extracting and validating data from financial systems or data warehouses; Experience interpreting financial, economic, statistical, or operational information to support reports, recommendations, or management decisions; Experience creating and modifying financial or portfolio reports by querying financial systems to support portfolio analysis and management reporting. OR If you are substituting education for experience to qualify for at this level, you must have 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR If you are combining both education and experience to qualify for this level, equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for this grade level.
