We specialize in multi-family communities, commercial facilities, and large-scale replacement projects. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Installing furnaces, condensers, evaporator coils, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, package units, and water heaters Installing Aquatherm and First Co ceiling and wall-mounted systems Running refrigerant lines, drain systems, gas piping, electrical connections, and control wiring Working in occupied apartment homes, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and commercial spaces Completing installations according to manufacturer specifications and code requirements Documenting completed work with photos and digital closeout reports Leading helpers and keeping jobs organized and productive This is real field production work. Some days are straightforward. Some days require problem-solving, leadership, and adapting in the field. What You’ll Be Responsible For Running installation projects from start to finish Maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards Communicating with project managers, dispatch, and property staff Identifying issues before they become problems Producing installations that pass inspection and don't require callbacks Leading by example and helping develop less experienced team members What We Expect (Non-Negotiable) Shows up on time and ready to work Takes ownership of assigned projects Produces clean, professional, code-compliant work Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Can work independently without constant supervision Treats customers, residents, and teammates professionally Understands that quality and productivity both matter We don't expect perfection.
