About the Position

Job Title

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Adult

Location

Fort Mill, SC | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to adult patients as ordered by physicians
• Manage complex cases requiring expert-level clinical proficiency
• Perform diagnostic testing including complete pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and arterial blood gas (ABG) machine maintenance
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and special procedures including ENGs and treadmill testing
• Mentor and teach other respiratory therapy staff, supporting clinical development

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Expert-level clinical proficiency with demonstrated ability to handle complex patient cases
• Experience performing a full range of respiratory care services including diagnostic testing and special procedures
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a mentorship or clinical education role
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring in an acute care setting
• Experience with ENGs and advanced pulmonary diagnostics
