• Travel to multiple homes daily across the Toledo area to diagnose and repair major appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver a standout customer experience from greeting to goodbye.

• Keep your service vehicle organized and parts managed efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude, including comfort with diagnostic and repair tools; prior appliance repair/diagnosis experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standard processes for quality workmanship.
• Smartphone proficiency, including ordering parts on-device.
• Valid driver’s license in the state(s) you work and ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable hours with required overtime.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to read, write, and speak English and interpret technical documentation to solve problems.
• Physical capability: constantly lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Constant reaching outward, handling/fingering, standing, walking, sitting, and typing; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, and crawling; occasional reaching above shoulder.

1–2 years of related experience.

Road Warrior (75% or more) with routes centered on Toledo, OH.
