Job Opportunity: Full-Time Urologist

Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our expanding Urology team in Spartanburg, SC. This position has become available due to growth and retirement within the group. The selected physician will collaborate with a team of 9 physicians and 3 advanced care practitioners to deliver comprehensive adult urologic care to the Greenville/Spartanburg region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Participate in consultations, treatments, and post-care management.
• Engage in general urology practices; fellowship-trained urologists are also encouraged to apply.
• Work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Share on-call duties and hospital rounding on a 1:10 basis once fully staffed.
• Perform surgeries at nearby hospital facilities and surgery centers, with potential ownership opportunities in a surgery center.
• Utilize state-of-the-art robotic technology on hospital campuses; robotic skills are not a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive earning potential of up to $700,000.
• Sign-on bonus and recruitment incentives totaling up to $125,000.
