Core Responsibilities You will accurately document services, maintain healthy boundaries, and ensure resident safety. Other responsibilities will include cooking, cleaning, attending staff meetings, trainings, maintaining the daily schedule, and completing headcounts and shift check‑off lists as needed. Day in the Life In your day‑to‑day work, you will have the opportunity to get to know residents one‑on‑one in a deep and meaningful way. You will provide them with individualized attention and support to help them achieve their goals. You will work with residents to help them understand their healthy and unhealthy behaviors and develop and use coping skills. Physical Demands of the Job Ability to lift up to 15 lbs., sit for prolonged periods, and perform light to moderate physical activity at times.
