This role focuses on product quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and providing "WOW" hospitality to every guest.Company Perks: Competitive pay rate with a raise after 90 days, Daily Pay access, discounted gas, free drinks & food discounts, 401K, referral bonuses, & so much more!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare food products according to approved Krystal procedures, specifications, and quality standardsAdhere to approved food holding times, temperatures, and safe food-handling practicesPackage food using approved Krystal containers, lids, and bagsDeliver "WOW" hospitality through friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic guest serviceMaintain proper uniform and professional appearance at all timesFollow all approved cash-handling and security proceduresCommunicate positively with guests, teammates, and managersAccept coaching and work collaboratively as part of a teamMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, equipment, and utensilsEnsure lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, and exterior areas remain clean and organizedPerform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.Good customer service and communication skills.Ability to learn and follow company procedures.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Education and Experience:An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.Working environment and physical requirements:Must be 16 years or older to applyMust be able to stand during the entire work shift.Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%At-Will Employment: This position is at-will, which means that either the employee or the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause.EEO Statement: Refuel is an equal opportunity employment employer to all applicants and team members.
