Please click here to learn more about our locations.**Job Description**Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Department Assistant to join our team.* Support the team through performing clerical functions such as notifying manager to order supplies and support the department.* Answer the department phone.* Manage scheduled order report.* Manage technologist worklist and schedule appointments.* Enter request orders and importing into PACS system.* Handle patient request orders.* Manage department flow for patients.Required Qualifications:* High School Diploma/GED.* Knowledge of medical terminology.* 3-5 years administrative experience.* EpicKey Responsibilities:Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
