CONVENIENCE STORE GENERAL MANAGERMach 1 at Lake Sara in Effingham, IllinoisEarn 90,000 per yearABOUT USMach 1 is a growing, family owned company servicing Illinois and Indiana. In this retail management position, you are an essential part of who we are. You are responsible for management of the entire location, providing exemplary customer service, building team member relations, and ensuring the highest profitability of the location.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision of 10-12 sales associatesInterviewing, hiring, and training sales associatesEnsuring a safe environment for customers and employeesEnsure the store's appearance reflects the company's standardsComply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operationResponsible for daily paperwork, daily bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, scheduling, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operationsMonitor competitor pricing at the store's local competitionQUALIFICATIONSTeam player attitude with upbeat personalityTrustworthy and professional Effective communicationSelf-motivatedAble to multi-task and be extremely organizedPhysically able to occasionally lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand on your feet for extended periodsKnowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.BENEFITS Annual salary: In excess of $90,000.00Health Insurance401KImmediate Vacation timeMonthly CommissionAdvancement OpportunitiesCompany provided uniformsApply now if you are ready to join our team and grow with us!
