Lorain 1st Shift: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:00 PM Pay based on experience

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Fabrication Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Lorain, Ohio. This position involves both light and heavy fabrication work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light and heavy fabrication duties
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Assist with cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembling materials
• Read tape measures and follow work instructions
• Load and move materials throughout the facility
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read measurements and follow directions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Steel toe shoes required
