As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced Roofing Manager with proven leadership experience to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, build a strong high-performance team at the branch level.The Branch Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for branch functions, including sales execution, production performance, staffing, overseeing customer satisfaction, financial management, and market growth. This role requires a hands-on leader with roofing or construction experience who can balance people management, operational execution, and business growth. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in sales leadership and operational oversight, preferably in the industry of construction or roofing experience.
