Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting : intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
• Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Meet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• 1+ years of experience with technical recruiting
