Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate nationwide OTR dry van routes out of Palm Coast, FL, moving freight coast-to-coast while supported by a dispatch team focused on reliability and driver success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate assigned dry van tractors on long-haul OTR lanes, delivering freight across the continental U.S.
• Perform thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and log maintenance needs for in-house techs.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch to meet schedules and compliance.

Qualifications & Perks:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience required.
• Compensation begins at 65 CPM with ~2,500 mi/wk averages, safety and inspection bonuses, modern trucks under 3 years (APUs, inverters, sleepers), regular home time every two weeks, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
