Target Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities for the Union Payroll Specialist:
• Process weekly and/or biweekly payroll for union employees accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, deductions, and benefit contributions
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Prepare payroll reports, audits, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure payroll compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualifications for the Union Payroll Specialist:
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience required
• Experience with union payroll and collective bargaining agreements preferred
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, wage laws, and payroll compliance requirements
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
