About Us

Shall Prosper Industries LLC is a Houston-area exterior cleaning and facility services company, three years into a serious growth run. We do pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and janitorial services for residential and commercial clients across Harris and Montgomery County — and we're expanding fast. We are not a corporate machine. We are a values-driven company built on integrity, hard work, and faith. Every person on our team is expected to represent those standards — in the field, with clients, and with each other. We're growing, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

The Role

As a Residential Sales Representative, you are the face of Shall Prosper in the field. You'll run leads, knock doors, build relationships, and close deals for our residential pressure washing, roof cleaning, fence cleaning, and full-home exterior cleaning services. This is a high-activity, high-reward role. If you're driven and disciplined, your income is unlimited.

$65,000 - $100,000 yearly

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided leads and self-generate your own pipeline
• Conduct free, professional on-site estimates
• Present before/after transformations and educate homeowners on our services
• Close deals on the spot and build a referral network
• Follow up consistently and represent our brand with professionalism
• Report activity and results through our CRM system 

Who We're Looking For

• We care more about character and drive than a polished resume.
• You must be: Honest — no shortcuts, no games, ever
• Self-motivated and hungry to earn
• Comfortable knocking on doors and asking for the sale
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Reliable with a valid driver's license and personal transportation
• Familiar with Harris and Montgomery County (a plus)
• Experience in home services sales (pressure washing, roofing, landscaping, pest control, etc.) is helpful — but work ethic beats experience every time
