Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provide critical emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, efficient care for diverse and urgent medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize incoming emergency cases to determine the appropriate response.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, medications, and interventions per established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Perform advanced procedures such as RSI, stroke interventions, and central line placement.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with physicians, medics, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records and communicate updates.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and certification requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
  
  
• 
  Possess 2-3 years of ER experience, with a preference for high-acuity, rapid-paced environments.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate successful completion of 2-3 travel assignments.
  
  
• 
  Have experience managing patient ratios of 5:1 in high-volume ERs.
  
  
• 
  Be team-oriented, friendly, adaptable, and capable of working in a relaxed yet professional manner.
  
  
• 
  Show ability to handle diverse procedures and acute patient conditions efficiently.
