Enjoy wide-open spaces, outdoor recreation, and a true hometown feel while building a career with Bingham Healthcare.Job RequirementsMinimum EducationInformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree preferred.Minimum Work Experience4+ years of experience working with Windows Server and Active Directory.Required Skills, Knowledge & AbilitiesStrong experience with Windows Server and desktop operating systemsExperience performing system maintenance, support, upgrades, and backup functionsExperience with VMware ESX, vSphere, and VMware HorizonExperience with enterprise storage systemsKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure system administrationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow production issues through resolutionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamAbility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accurate documentationProficient typing and computer skillsWhat You'll DoAs a Systems Administrator, you will help maintain and improve the technology infrastructure that supports Bingham Healthcare across multiple locations.Server & Systems AdministrationMaintain Windows, Exchange, and SQL servers in a virtualized and clustered environmentMonitor system performance, logs, backups, and overall system healthPerform routine system updates, audits, maintenance, and upgradesConfigure and maintain Microsoft Active DirectoryManage administrator and service accountsInstall and maintain software on servers and workstationsTune system performance and troubleshoot system issuesMaintain accurate system documentation and service logsBackup, Recovery & Business ContinuityImplement and maintain backup and recovery proceduresMonitor backup processes and address issues proactivelyParticipate in annual disaster recovery exercisesHelp ensure critical systems can be restored quickly and reliably when neededVirtualization & InfrastructureSupport VMware ESX, vSphere, and Horizon environmentsMaintain enterprise storage systemsSupport virtual and clustered server environmentsProvide systems administration support for multiple remote sites and stand-alone systemsApplications & Technical SupportProvide data management and technical support for specialized software applicationsMonitor application status and troubleshoot application eventsTrack, escalate, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teamsAssist department managers and end users with technology solutions that improve day-to-day operationsTechnology & CybersecurityHelp ensure systems remain secure through current cybersecurity best practicesResearch, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software solutionsAssist with technology projects that support Bingham Healthcare's long-term goalsIdentify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, and efficiencyTeamwork & LeadershipThis position works closely with IT leadership, department managers, end users, vendors, and other members of the organization.
