As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead the branch, supported by corporate training and support. Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and scheduling: hire, onboard new team members, and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners. In‑home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management: oversee the office budget, reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivate culture: create the workplace of choice for your territory, incentivize, motivate, and set the tone of team morale. Qualifications and Skills A proven leader with previous experience managing a team. Success with meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
