Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions. Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited LPN program and hold an active license in the applicable state. Preferably have at least one year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification required upon hire and must remain current. Ability to make independent decisions and deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
