Senior Accountant $90,000 - 100,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our External Reporting team. In this role, you'll support the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), ensure compliance with GAAP, assist in technical accounting research, and work cross-functionally to support accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced, regulated industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A Assist with audits, technical accounting memos, and SOX compliance Support M&A accounting and impairment analyses Recommend improvements to streamline reporting processes Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred 2+ years in public accounting or public company reporting Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations Detail-driven, organized, and adaptable #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
