You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. $19 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:- Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
- Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
- Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
- Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
- You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
- Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
- Should have knowledge regarding plumbing, electric, pool, paint and texture, and some general maintenance
We are an interior corridor hotel with a 7-minute estimated drive from Kansas City International Airport.
