Hourly Rate: $40.87

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Observe residents' mental and physical health; escalate changes to the supervisor
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintain accurate documentation
• Supervise and collaborate with Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and other staff
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Monitor infection control practices and ensure a safe, hazard-free environment
• Communicate effectively with families regarding resident care and concerns
• Follow state and federal regulations regarding medication and resident safety
• Support training and orientation of new staff members

What You Need

• Valid NH Nursing License (LPN or LVN)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care or similar setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience supervising CNAs or nursing staff
• Knowledge of wound care, medication administration, and resident assessment
