Help finance leaders modernize the controllership function and strengthen how finance supports the business. As a Digital Controllership Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, you will work with CFOs, controllers, and finance executives to address accounting, data, process, and technology challenges. You will help clients implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business performance. Recruiting for this role ends on 05/31/2027. Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for helping clients improve finance operations through process, data, and technology transformation. Support client engagements focused on controllership, finance transformation, and digital finance modernization Gather requirements, map business processes, and support solution design, testing, and deployment Implement or optimize finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, and BlackLine Develop accounting data models, reporting structures, and analytics to improve financial insight Contribute to proposals, practice initiatives, and day-to-day client delivery A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Our Controllership and Treasury Transformation offering modernizes the finance function to align with the evolving business objectives of organizations. We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an efficient, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science 3+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, financial planning and analysis, or cost accounting 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, or full life cycle implementation for enterprise resource planning systems, finance platforms, or boundary applications Experience with one or more of the following: SAP, SAP Performance and Profitability Management, SAP Profitability and Cost Management, Oracle, Oracle Profitability and Cost Management, CostPerform, Workday, Workiva, BlackLine, Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, or Power BI Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
